高上凱
高上凱，1970 年畢業(yè)于清華大學(xué)電機(jī)系，1982 年在該系獲生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。主要的研究方向是神經(jīng)工程學(xué)，特別是腦 - 機(jī)接口。目前是 IEEE 和美國醫(yī)學(xué)與生物工程院（AIMBE）會(huì)士。同時(shí)，還擔(dān)任《IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering》, 《Journal of Neural Engineering》，《Physiological Measurement》, 《IEEE Transactions on Neural System and Rehabilitation Engineering》等學(xué)術(shù)期刊編委。
